Please note there is a scheduled Mobile Network Outage with our network provider from 9pm Saturday 18th, 2019 to 9am Sunday 19th, 2019 AEST. During this time, we are unable to activate SIM Cards. We apologise for the inconvenience.
IMPORTANT: If your flight departs before the end of the scheduled outage and need your SIM activated, please complete the form below and we will activate your SIM for you and email you the details.
